Tea

The tea cultivation was introduced in India by the British when they found that the climate and soil conditions of the hilly areas of Kerala are suitable for tea cultivation. The bush has shiny green leaves with pointed ends and has a pleasant aroma. The trees are planted at a distance of 1 to 1.5 meter along the landscape. India is today the world's largest tea producer and exporter.

Cardamom

Cardamom is a plant species and a spice made from the seeds of the plant, which are native to India and Southeast Asia. These plants belong to the Zingiberaceae family,. It is used to make a pungent and aromatic spice that has been used in Europe since about 1214 AD, and in India.. The spice is used to make traditional medicine and to spice up foods.
Ellettaria cardamomum plants grow about 10 feet (3 meters) in height. The fruit is a small capsule with eight to 16 brown seeds, which are used as the spice, while the plant itself is a perennial herb.

Fig Fruit

Figs are the fruit of the ficus tree, which is part of the mulberry family (Moraceae). Figs have a unique, sweet taste, soft and chewy texture and are littered with slightly crunchy, edible seeds. Fresh figs are delicate and perishable, so are often dried to preserve. This produces a sweet and nutritious dried fruit that can be enjoyed all year round. There are multiple different varieties of fig, all of which vary widely in colour and texture. Their natural sweetness meant that, before the days of refined sugars, they were often used as a sweetener.One of the world’s oldest trees, the fig tree can be traced back to the earliest historical documents and features prominently in the Bible

Avocado

Avocados are a fruit, not a vegetable, belonging to the genus Persea in the Lauraceae family..Avocados are sodium and cholesterol-free and have only five grams of fat per serving..Avocados were once a luxury food reserved for the tables of royalty, but now California Avocados are enjoyed around the world by people from all walks of life..Brazilians add avocados to ice cream, Filipinos puree avocados with sugar and milk for a dessert drink. The avocado is also called an Alligator Pear because of its pear-like shape and green skin. California produces about 90 percent of the nation's avocado crop

Cofee

The coffee tree is a shrub with a straight trunk, which can survive for about 50 to 70 years. The first flowers appear during the third year, but production is only profitable from the fifth year onwards. 18th century botanists classified Coffee as a member of the Rubiaceous family.

Pepper

The pepper plant is a perennial woody vine that is native to India, growing to four metres in height on supporting trees, poles, or trellises. It is a spreading vine, rooting readily where trailing stems touch the ground. The leaves are five to ten centimetres long and three to six centimetres broad.  The spikes lengthening to seven to 15 centimeters as the fruit matures. Pepper is the dried fruit of the flower and is extensively cultivated inIdia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil, Madagascar and Sri Lanka.

Mulberry

Mulberries are a compound fruit, like raspberries and blackberries, and have a sweet, mild flavor. For a fruit, they have unusually high levels of iron and protein, and are a good source of many nutrients

Mangostin

The Mangosteen plant is a tropical evergreen tree, and it was originated in the Sunda Islands and the Moluccas. It was first exposed in Burma and Siam. The tree grows from 7 to 25 meters in height. This exotic edible Mangosteen fruit is deep reddish purple when it is ripe. In Asia, the Mangosteen fruit is identified as the "Queen of Fruits".

Rambutan

The rambutan taxonomic name: Nephelium lappaceum) is a medium-sized tropical tree in the family Sapindaceae. The fruit produced by the tree is also known as rambutan., Rambutan is native to Indonesia and Malaysia. Rambutan trees grow naturally in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and elsewhere in Southeast Asia.The flesh exposed when the outer skin is peeled off is sweet and sour, slightly grape-like and gummy to the taste. In Panama and Costa Rican Spanish, it is known as mamón chino due to its Asian origin and the likeness of the edible part with Melicoccus bijugatus. The fruit has been successfully transplanted by grafting in Puerto Rico

Nut Meg

Nutmeg is a spice made from the seed of the nutmeg tree, orMyristica fragrans. This evergreen tree, which is native to Indonesia, is the source of two popular spices, nutmeg and mace. Nutmeg is the inner seed, while mace is the red, lace-like substance that covers the seed. Although their flavor is similar, nutmeg is said to have a warmer, spicier flavor than its cousin, mace.

Passion Fruit

Passion fruit is the edible fruit of the passion flower. Spanish explorers coined the name in honor of the passion of Christ. There are two types of passion fruit that differ in appearance but taste the same. One is about the size and shape of a large egg, with a purple-brown skin. The other is quite a bit larger, round, and about the size of an orange. Both contain a jelly-like pulp with hundreds of small black seeds. The fruit is known for its sweet smelling fragrance, and because of this, it's sometimes added to food simply to enhance its aroma.Passion fruit is a member of the of Passiflora and grows on a climbing-plant. Passion fruit is native from Brazil.

Guava

Guava is a nutritious fruit which has numerous health benefits. It is considered a super fruit for its rich antioxidants, including vitamin C, polyphenols and caratenoids. The guava fruit is most plentiful in tropical climates such as Florida and Central America. It has a sweet flavor and ranges in color from green to red. You can drink the juice of raw guavas or guava leaves. You can also consume guava raw, as you would any other citrus fruit. 

Litchi

Lychee is a small fruit with a sweet smell and taste, which is available in the summer. It is a small fruit packed with healthy nutrients. It has rough skin outside while contains juicy flesh inside..It contains a high amount of soluble fiber known as pectin which is beneficial to protect from colon cancer. It contains a good amount of antioxidants that protect the body from carcinogens which causes cancer.So lychee is effective to protect from cancer, ageing, arthritis and degenerative disease. Also, it is a great source of potassium which is important for maintaining blood pressure.
